David M. Shulman

David M. Shulman, Principal and Co-founder of Project Dynamics Inc.,
is a well-known and well-respected member of the hospitality purchasing
industry. Shulman is a charter board member of the International
Society of Hospitality Purchasers (ISHP), a post he has held since
its inception1999.
Shulman comes to Project Dynamics from Leonard Parker Co., where
he served for 12-1/2 years in a number of management and executive
positions, the last being Vice President and Managing Director
of that firm’s Los Angeles office. In that position, Shulman
oversaw an annual purchasing volume (FF&E and OS&E) of
$150 million and administered 40 to 50 hotel projects per year.
Prior to Leonard Parker Co., Shulman was Managing Partner of BreadWinner,
an 11-store restaurant chain with annual sales of $8 million.

Paul A. Jones

Paul A. Jones, Principal and Co-founder of Project Dynamics Inc.,
brings more than 25 years experience in hospitality and construction
purchasing management to the company.
Jones has held purchasing management positions at Mandalay Resort
Group/Mandalay Development Corp. (formerly Circus Circus Development
Corp.), Leonard Parker Co., King Ventures Co., Laral Group, and
other firms. In those positions, Jones has been responsible for
managing, budgeting, scheduling, procuring, and installing FF&E
for hotels, resorts, and commercial institutions around the world.
He has also held purchasing management positions in residential
and commercial real estate construction firms.
