Project Dynamics, Inc. is a privately held, joint venture between David Shulman, formerly of the Leonard Parker Company and Paul Jones, formerly of J2 Purchasing, and Mandalay Corporate Development. The company was created to provide comprehensive professional FF&E and OS&E procurement, expediting and consulting services, maintaining the highest ethical business practices in the industry. Both David and Paul have extensive experience in contract hospitality procurement and overall FF&E and OS&E project management.

We believe in establishing a strong working relationship with our clients and the representatives of the architectural and design firms and various construction trades, in order to maintain the integrity of the original concept/design. Project Dynamics is committed to thorough documentation, concise budget controls and rigorous quality standards, all the while working towards a timely completion on behalf of the client.
